If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to receive a refund for the price of the hardcover book or eBook, excluding shipping. You may receive a refund up to six months from the date you purchased the book/eBook. We try to process all refund requests within one or two business days.
To request a refund, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject of “Refund Request”. Please include your order number. You can find your order number in the confirmation email we sent when you placed the order; this email came from email@example.com and had the subject “Your Pirates of Financial Freedom Order.”
Although it is not required, we would appreciate it if you include the reason for your refund request and what we could change to make you a satisfied customer.
If you purchased the eBook version and receive a refund, we request that you delete the eBook from your device(s) and remove it from your Amazon Personal Documents account and wherever else it may be stored.
If you purchased the hardcover book and receive a refund, you do not need to ship the book back to us. However, we request that you give the book to a charity, homeless shelter, or to someone in financial trouble.
The previously described policy applies to orders of one book. Refunds for orders of more than one book will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
