We offer free ground shipping for orders of $50 or more for customers shipping in the United States.
When you check out, we provide you with the option to choose from several major mailing services (UPS, FedEX, USPS, etc) at various delivery timetables (Ground, 2nd Day, Overnight, etc). You can pick which price and method are best for you.
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us and we will immediately begin processing your order. Orders normally ship within 24 to 48 hours, however during holidays and times of high demand it may take longer. After your order ships and a tracking number becomes available, you will receive another confirmation email from us including a tracking number if applicable.
Media Mail usually takes 2-8 days for delivery but sometimes could take much longer, especially during the holidays. We do not have control over this since the USPS gives higher priority to other types of mail, and it is at their discretion when to deliver Media Mail. Media Mail has traditionally been a less reliable way to ship packages with rougher-than-normal treatment. Media Mail is a good service at a good price, but you should weigh the positives with the negatives when deciding whether or not to choose it as an option.
We use a fulfillment company to handle the physical shipment of your order. All orders are currently shipped from a warehouse in Pennsylvania.
In the event that our warehouse runs out of books due to unexpectedly high demand or other causes, we will order more books from the book printer. It could take up to two to three weeks for them to print more books, which could cause delays in shipping your book to you. Our fulfillment center will ship the books as soon as possible once they arrive at the warehouse, and you will receive an email once it has been shipped.
A valid shipping address must be provided at the time of the purchase. If the shipping address provided at the time of the purchase is incorrect and/or a package is unclaimed and/or returned to sender, additional shipping fees may apply. All customers who have a package that must be re-delivered may be charged additional shipping fees.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and deliverability of order shipping addresses. If we provide an order shipping estimate on the basis of an address later discovered to be inaccurate or incomplete, the customer may be responsible for any applicable address correction fees, or for any difference in shipping cost due to differences in between the merchant-provided address and the actual address.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
If the customer makes a mistake filling out the shipping information or wants to cancel an order after the order has been fulfilled, the customer may be subject to a processing fee.
